How would you explain your research to someonewho is not in science?

I am working with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant patients and exploring new advancements towards the betterment of their treatment regimen.

My academic journey is complemented with many hands-on workshops and training programs from time-to-time honing me the skills involving animal handling in the fields of apiculture, sericulture, poultry and animal husbandry. While my career is rooted in scientific exploration and problem-solving, I find balance and inspiration through artistic pursuits. My creative mindset extends beyond the laboratory, as I am also a skilled artist in mandala, Islamic art and meditative zentangle art therapy. When not in lab you’ll find me working as an entomology enthusiast and exploring the intricacies of nature and representing the patterns of nature in my art.

About your work ?

I am working to improve the health- related quality of life in HSCT patients. With a collaboratory approach of pharmacological as well as non- pharmacological intervention I aim to mitigate the symptoms of HSCT recipients by studying the molecular markers of their diseases.
