How would you explain your research in 3 sentences to someone who is not in science?
My work deals with the non -pharmacological treatment of diseases, which involves the aspect of “YOGA”. It’s an ancient and traditional approach to heal mind and body. Assessing yogic effects in healthy volunteers by molecular analysis may prove this integrative medicine approach on the firm scientific pedestal.

I am a friendly person. I love listening to Punjabi songs and like to spend time with my family and friends. I like to spend my free time by watching movies and sleeping (more preferred).
About your work
Yoga is an ancillary medical treatment. It can be used as therapeutic benefits to tackle various diseases. My work will involve the investigation of stem cells and related markers in PBMCs after practicing 7 step Pranayama and SudarshanKriya.
