How would you explain your research in 3 sentences to someone who is not in science?
My research work is on Yoga and coronary artery disease patients. My research explores how practicing yoga can help people with coronary artery disease, a condition where the arteries supplying blood to the heart become narrowed or blocked. Yoga has been found to reduce stress, improve functional status, improve heart health, and enhance overall well-being, making it a valuable tool for managing this disease. By incorporating yoga into their daily routines, patients can experience fewer symptoms and better quality of life.
