Outside work I’m an easygoing individual with an interest in travel and exploring new destinations. I thrive on discovering diverse cultures and learning from the rich experiences they offer.
About your work
We have investigated the molecular and cellular changes amongst the non Yoga practitioners after practice of Yoga, using a standardized yoga protocol, i.e., Common Yoga protocol. The results demonstrated an increase in the neurotropic and angiogenic markers, showing a positive impact of Yoga. The practitioners also demonstrated an improvement in the psychological and cognitive profile after the practice of CYP.
