More about you?
I’m a Yoga Professional with over 7 years of teaching experience. My journey with yoga began at the age of nine when I harnessed its power to control chronic asthma. What started as a means to stay physically healthy evolved into a career choice. I’ve helped countless individuals find peace and well-being through yoga. Their joy inspires me to continually learn, discover new facets of yoga, and expand my horizons. Outside work, I enjoy pursuing creative outlets such as drawing and painting.
How would you explain your research in 3 sentences to someone who is not in Science?
My work is based on Yoga and Ophthalmic care. I am looking at the therapeutic effects of Yogic techniques on patients with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR).
About your work?
We aim to evaluate the impact of a 3-month yoga intervention on retinal and choroidal health in patients with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR). Our randomized controlled trial will assess morphological, functional, physiological, molecular, and psychological variables.
